We went back and forth a few times to finalize the design, what shape and size would work best, whether or not to include the text, etc. She was responsive, and helpful. I love my sign! I had a specific design in mind and they were able to take my idea and make it better than I imagined. I messaged the shop and asked if they could do it. Before I had ordered, they sent me a proof. I would definitely order from them again
