RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Cancellations:
  • Timeframe: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. No exceptions will be permitted.
  • Exceptions: We do not accept cancellations for orders already in processing, including custom order products.
  • Custom Order Products: This includes products offering more than one size and/or more than one color/finish that must be selected before purchase.
  • Approval and Fees: We reserve the right to approve a cancellation, with the possibility of charging a 25% cancellation fee.
Returns:
  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products during shipping.
  • Initiating a Return: Send an email to InRagingDesigns@gmail.com. with your order number, email used for billing, and the reason for the return.
  • Validation: We will validate your receipt of purchase and assist you with completing the exchange for the defective or damaged product.
  • Exemptions: Custom order products are exempt from being returned unless defective, different from the provided custom details, or damaged during shipping.
  • Fees: We reserve the right to approve a return, with the possibility of charging a 25% fee.
Refunds:
  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any products.
  • Exception: Acceptance of returns is only for defective or damaged products during shipping.
  • Process: Follow the return initiation process mentioned above.
  • Replacement: If approved, a replacement will be made as quickly as possible.

Exchanges:
  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products during shipping.

Damaged Shipment Overview:
  • Eligibility for Replacement: Provide necessary information within 7 days of receiving the shipment, including proof of damage through photos.
  • Retention: Keep the original packaging and damaged items until notified. Do not reship the package unless instructed.
Return Shipping:
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning a product, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Deduction: If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Consideration: If shipping a product over $50, consider using a shipping service with extended tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
